Giving back to the locals

When the financial crisis of 2008 left the Vail community reeling, Sweet Basil launched programs to give back to the locals.

  1. Love our Locals

    An educational series open to the public, teaching cooking techniques, wine pairings and craft cocktail making.

  2. Manners Matter

    Kindergarten to 4th grade classes from local schools learn the finer points of dining etiquette, at home as well as in a restaurant.

  3. Friday Enrichment

    Local middle schoolers get hands-on cooking classes in the Sweet Basil kitchen.
